I want to say I will go back to cousins in the future but I felt obligated to state my experience. I witnessed a manager in the restaurant mess with my server by telling her to go to different floor areas and then get angry with her when she did because she wasn’t able to take care of her customers. This new assistant manager is very unprofessional and is not suited to be in a leadership role.
