Had steak and eggs steak and and eggs wete burnt toast wasnt even toasted had a hard time getting my second cup of coffee and my a_1 steak sauce they gave me was empty wtf disaster this morning
service was horrible, waited 15 mins to be seated that's fine, but we waited for an hour after we ordered for our food and every time I asked about it they said it wasn't ready yet, we get our food and it was cold, my son's Mac and cheese (which was kraft) was burned on the top and hard. No apologies for it or anything. worst experience I've ever had!
The best hamburgers ever all the food there is great Taco Tuesday is very good and Wednesday hamburgers are the best in the Tri-Cities

Although my husband's meal was pretty good, mine was not. The turkey dinner is one of their signature meals, unfortunately mine was " watery" with congealed gravy on the luke warm potatoes and turkey. The veggies were so over cooked neither of us would even try them. So disappointed, this is my favorite meal there, at least it is at The Dalles. Won't be going back to Pasco Cousins.
After time and time again of second chances I can no longer give a second chance to this place.... Been sitting here for over 45minutes waiting for our food. EVERYTIME!!! Seriously doesn't matter if the place is busy or just a couple tables it takes FOR-EV-ER to get your food.. While I could settle for a slow down in life this is getting to be much when we are sitting here hungry with kids...
Fast, friendly service and yummy food! Our server, Brian, went out of his way to make our 2 children's birthday celebration extra special. Thank you!
The food & the staff were phenominal our granddaughter even loved it
