This place has gone down hill since the last managers were here. They have pit bulls running free n won’t do anything about it. They want their residents to do everything for them. Then we get emails saying we have to pick up other dogs poop. N we are gonna have to pay more pet rent because of other people. They want ur rent on time but when it come to their end they take their time. One of the managers has a bad attitude. I can go on n on. No one stays.
I had to sign a lease before seeing the property. It’s not terrible, but nothing like how it looks online. They will nickel and dime you (laundry is about $60/ month for example). Property assistant manager is really difficult to work with and greedy. The maintenance staff here is AMAZING. Once I got a better idea of the area, I quickly realized this place is way overpriced.

I moved here in 2017 to help care take my last living parent. I LOVE THIS PLACE! The rates were awesome. Great security and safe place to live. Location is prime. I move to a one bedroom with the hardwood floors and it was great. Though it was the least natural light location in the place it was awesome. I move to some where less expensive but bigger and closer to work. Chewy best maintenence person of anywhere. The pool and outdoor lounge and picnic area was and is the best.
