Every amenity imaginable, and they go above and beyond to ensure great customer satisfaction.
Well, I love this place, so the rating is tough to give. However, first impressions matter. First set of room keys failed on the sixth floor - back downstairs. Second set worked, but led me into another guests room (he was at least polite about the intrusion)...finally in bed!!!
Very rude front desk,, The towels were like ruff sand paper The sheets made me itch, probably something they clean them in. Great location!! 50/50 chance of returning
Everything was perfect! Great location, staff and rooms. Always stay here when I go!
