I personally run an Airbnb from my home, so cleanliness and safety of guests is key. I booked this hotel because I wanted some indoor pool time and it was close to my final destination. Upon arriving I realized they were short staffed because of the fall of snow that day. I was permitted to be my own bellman and deliver my bags to the room by use of their baggage cart. Adorable perfect room ! Absolutely no complaints .. very friendly staff
My room was never cleaned during my extended weekend stay. No pool or whirlpool available. I paid $15.00 for 2 morning free coffees. Ask to speak to a manager who I never spoke to. I am scared to see the parking situation after bad reviews I missed when booking. It is very close to the ballpark. I will b back to a Nationals game but will stay elsewhere for sure.
Poor customer service from the front desk hwver bed was nice.
Very very rude the girl in the breakfast bar. Be aware because when you book they say that the breakfast is 7 $ for adults and 5 for kids but is not true , they will try to charge full prices. No smile faces from the staff, the customer is nothing. Under the bed if my room was not clean at all, omg I found a lot of dirty staff, empty bottles.
