Filthy rooms and bathroom.Stained carpeting in rooms and elevator. Stained upholstery on the sofa. I was offered another room and it was just as bad.
Floor and walls outside room 110, the courtyard area need a major pressure cleaning.
Most accommodating ,clean and friendly Hotel . Have stayed here numerous times in the last few years and it's nice to see the same staff working here year after year . The BISTRO is excellent and always enjoy seeing Debbie at the bistro . Great job
Beautiful hotel & rooms. Staff very friendly, courteous, & accommodating... Very professional too!! Free shuttle to & from Mayo Clinic.
