Needs better ADA accommodations. Otherwise, very good. No roll-in showers, low toilets without grab bars. Being on/adjacent to the Mayo Clinic, I would expect better ADA/disability/handicap accommodations.
My husband and I have stayed there many times on the Mayo Clinic Campus. The staff remembered us and was more than excellent! The fresh food at the Bistro and customer service there as well as throughout the hotel was pure excellence and luxury! We don't want to go back to the hospital but we love this Marriott! It was Heaven!
They are very Accommodating for surgery patients at the Mayo Clinic with early check-in and late check out. I Will use them again.
Checked in late and it took maybe 3 minutes. Not much soap for a 2 bed with sofa bed. One bottle not enough. Bummed no breakfast. Comfy bed.
