Excellent customer service. Friendly staff from front desk, restaurant and cleaning. We appreciate the rate offered families of students at University of North Florida and location is so convenient to UNF! We even are given complimentary breakfast that is very good!!! We always stay here while visiting our daughter. May be time for some minor updates but by no means dirty or unacceptable. We have 3 more years (just moved her out of dorm this week after completing her first year) so we will be staying here many more times!!!!... read more
This is Our 4th stay in 2017. I have nothing negative to say.. The Front Desk Staff is A+++++. Great You at every sighting, Always ask if anything needed, following chrck-in call the room to make sure all satisfactory, & if you have to call them always referred to as Mr or Mrs (beginning & end of call). I could say more but I believe you can get the point from all said . Also the shuttle staff always quick & eager to help/assist!!
Customer service was great!! Check in process was fast ,the man that checked us in was great he put us exactly where we needed to be considering my dad had difficulty walking. The bed however if I had to stay another night I would have to have back surgery,horrible bed mattress it needs to be updated. Our room was pretty clean
