Worst hotel experience I’ve had in years. Worst customer service. Lack of leadership from management. Complete chaos to check in with Bonnie at the front desk being condescending and rude. Overall just don’t recommend.

For the service you get it's not worth the money. I've been to plenty of expensive hotels and this one didn't cut it. When we first got there they gave us the wrong room 3 times. The pipes are old so at 7am I was awakened by what sounded like drilling in the next room. I paid 60 dollars for room service. I got a plain omelette and a few potatoes! No toast no ketchup, nothing!! Was not impressed with The W.
