I would not recommend booking this hotel. Both my boyfriend and I had our cars windows smashed. Hotel apologized but offered no recourse. Their policy states they aren’t responsible for theft of property or loss of vehicle. There aren’t any cameras on the lot and security is present but ineffective. Stay away!!
I just wanted to say that I witnessed two men from this facility that came into Raley's Grocery store to complain about a crane in their parking lot. Instead of asking and or inquiring about why it was there they were immediately rude to the managers from Raley's. Raley's tried to explain that there was a bit of an emergency going on with the roof and the crane, but the men from this hotel chain were not listening. Such a beautiful property and the staff are wonderful. If you're ever in the area, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Their customer service was amazing. Check in was pleasant. The only downside was that I was keep hearing some noise at night time. However, as far as the customer service, this pace was great! Conveniently located as well
