THIS IS MY 3RD TIME HERE YESTERDAY WHEN I CHECKED IN I WAS GREETED BY HELLO U MUST BE MISS JOHNSON I SAID YES HOW U KNOW SHE SAID UR APPEARANCE AND UR VOICE WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE SHE HAD MY RM KEYS ALREADY IN HER HAND AND SAID CAN I GET U ANYTHING AND MY RM WAS AWESOME NICE LARGE 4 WINDOWS SLEPT REALLY WELL IT WAS QUIET AND VERY CLEAN LUVED BATHRM IT WAS BIG AND MARBLE WALL IN TUB AREA FOOD WAS FRESH GOOD AND HOT ��
Confusion at check in, just me. In fairness to the staff (very polite) l asked for a ground floor room with access to the pool. What l did not know was that hwy 80 (the snake,never sleeps)is about 50 yards away. All good, until l put on the a/c to drown out the noise (faulty unit) Staff, please check out the unit in 119, turned it off, the hwy was quieter! Terrible night of sleep, up on the hour. But your staying in Fairfield not in the mountains! Staff amazing, location, location, location...
Clean and very nice place to stay I feel like I was at home I'll back always best hotel ever!!! I'll recommend to everyone!!
