Bought a ton of pellets late winter/early spring 2014. My waste disposal company will not accept wooden pallets if I get a ton delivered, so I was picking them up 10 bags at a time. There was a blizzard....they ran completely out of pellets for weeks, until my stove was no longer in use. Tried to pick up my balance a few days ago...probably had 20 bags left.
