My husband went with our daughter before Christmas and Chris gave them a lot of info on the green egg. I week later Chris gave me a demo and shared tricks of the trade for cooking. I had to wait til mid February to get my new grill/ smoker due to a part coming in broken, but worth the wait. Start to finish I was well informed and the staff was wonderful .
Today I had the pleasure of a scheduled visit by Don Coberg, a senior pellet stove technician with Courtland Hardware. He quickly identified the issue I had been having with my stove and repaired the area - and thoroughly cleaned the unit. I am a newbie when it comes to this machine, and Don could not have been more helpful in explaining how the stove worked, as well as reviewing tips and tricks in maintenance. we get all are pellets and also bought a snowblower from the courtland in belair they have great service and everyone is always helpful
Tried to pay for a ton of pellets over the phone today with credit card they said no only cash and carry! What kind of crap is this I would of picked them up too ! I'm going to the mill instead and never shop courtland again! I encourage other people to do the same! Bunch of Jerks !!!!
Bought a Ton of Ultras, got them home and a few bags had gotten wet previously, Tony at Fallston apologized, and replaced them. Great to have them stand behind their sales!
