We bought a pellet stove insert and had it installed on 2/11. The first week we used it twice due to travel and started using it this week. Well when we went to do the cleaning, we noticed the seal was frayed and coming apart. After calling the store, we were instructed to take pictures and the service guy would address it the next day. Received the response today that we should have been instructed to open the door with it still hot so nothing would happen to the seal. Well we were not informed that when it was installed. I had such a great experience today at this store. Bob offered to help me remove a screw that I was unable to. He cleaned up the item for me and helped me replace the worn pieces so that is was usable again. THANK YOU Mr. BOB.
