Typically, I get pellets from this company. Every year I have to listen to the attitude of the woman setting up the pellet delivery. I dread ha ing to order new pellets and because the manager supports the attitude, I am looking elsewhere to buy my tons of pellets.
I called for service because my pellet stove wouldn’t light. The gentleman from the service department called me back within five minutes and was able to send someone out the same day. Nick and Jason were awesome! They did great work, they were polite and respectful, they explained what they were doing, and 45 minutes later my pellet stove is working again! Best service!

Had Courtland come out and install a remote blower system on my gas fireplace just under three years ago. Worked great until this year. Then, not only had to google for a manual to find out my parts were warrantied for 5 years BUT Courtland won't honor it! I have to mail in the part to be replaced OR PAY for a technician to come out to replace the "free" replacement part. They won't swap the part out for me. Guess they are too worried about the $$$ rather than a customer!!!
Incredibly rude customer service when I inquired about setting up a service call. I will absolutely go elsewhere and make sure to spread the word.
The BEST service! My husband and I just bought a grill here. Dave helped us throughout the process, went over and beyond to make sure we had the grill we wanted and in time for our sons Birthday party! Truly great service, we will continue to shop here in the future!
