RecommendedCourtland is our go to store. Their customer service is always on point, they are always willing to help and answer any questions. The curbside pick up guys are always working hard and polite. I can't say enough positives about our hometown hardware store.

Recently my pellet stove stopped working. I called Courtland in Forest Hill for repair service on Monday. She said no one was there to speak with me but she took a message and said someone would call Tuesday. No call. Wednesday I called and a man told me they are so busy they are not at a point to speak with me about scheduling an appointment. He said "If you left a message someone will call you." Attended ladies night out event. It actually was fun. They had some really nice raffles n door prizes too. I'll be back next year, if possible.
If anyone needs glass cut to replace a frame etc, Ace Courtland Hearth and Hardware is the place to go! We broke my college diploma glass. Michael's wanted 120, courtland cut it and was out the door in TEN MINUTES FOR UNDER $10. So kind, quick and reasonable. Thanks!
When I went in to buy a certain type screwdriver that I thought would solve my problem with a wooden lid, Robert looked at it and came up with a much better solution to my problem and fixed it!!!! Now that's Customer Service at it's best! Thank you!
