First of all never take your car or truck here for service! I made that mistake I was charged for work not completed they are not honest people take your hard earned money somewhere else!

I purchased a car from this dealership in December. I traded it in at Conyers Nissan and my Jeep was paid off. I went in and requested that my gap insurance and warranty needed to be cancelled. They only cancelled my gap insurance. I have been up there twice and I called Mopar to make them aware that this dealership was giving me the runaround. Chrysler won't provide me with a loaner car while repairs made to fix a recall. Meanwhile they need my car for a day. This is the second recall for this car that I've been inconvenienced to take back. This dealer sucks!!!!!!
