Horrible service department. No communication. The young boy at the counter didn't even know that the keys are covered under the basic warranty. I had an appointment for 2 weeks. I even dropped it off the night before. Come 5pm the next day, I go to pick it up , and they can't find the part they ordered for my warranty service. Um, excuse me? Bad customer service. I stood at the counter for a good 5 mins before I was even acknowledged. Told the guy I needed breaks and he said they were too busy to service me, then he walked away. Never gave me a chance to ask questions nor did he suggest that I come back.
The worst service department with the worst customer service.
Bought a SRT superbee from them only to find out they're not an authorized SRT dealer. I've been dealing with them for 3 months on repairs. Finally had to call the Dodge SRT team to get 1 problem resolved and still waiting on another to be approved. Sales was good . They worked out the price I wanted. Buy everything else has been a bad experience.
I purchased a car with them the service was excellent and saleperson help me out very much in picking my car thank you if you looking to purchasing a car ask for Gemar Ridley he was very helpful
