Salesman tells you one thing, someone else tells you another thing. Stories are made up because people get nervous...send the salesmen to training school. There is nothing to be nervous about until you get caught up in a story. We bought the Jeep...but not for the price discussed...our bad because my daughter lives up there and I live down in South Georgia. They did not properly refund me after i paid off my car.
The worst service all around !! And the general manager Scott is just as bad as the employees !! Only person there that will listen and is worth talking to is Gemar Andre Ridley !!
Very disappointed so far. I purchased a Chrysler 200 here new about a year ago. I have had nothing but problems! The car currently sits in my driveway unable to start! I cannot get in touch with anyone from the dealership to help!😤
I was in and out in 30 minutes for Service and tire rotation
Although I had to drop off my car and come back for it a few hours later, I had no problem with their service. The gentleman who assisted me gave me courteous service every step of the way.
If you have a diesel truck do not take it to be service at this location. This place damage my truck and failed to take responsibility for their mistakes. I was charged for services that were not done and an oil change that was still under warranty. Another chrysler location verified that they caused the issues on my vehicle. my Bluetooth headset disappeared and when i picked up my truk there was wiring damage by rats and their droppings was eveywhere. Service staffs is not knowledgeable.
I always receive great customer service here. They are the best!!
