I got a mailer and called, the salesman who I will be nice and not state his name. Make a long story short. He was not a good communicator and I wasted my time. I spoke with someone else who told me I needed a co-signer and that was all he had to say. Not a good experience
Scheduled an appointment online to have maintenance for my vehicle. The appointment was for 7:15am on 8/10/20. I got to service department around 6:45 am it was a line of cars there for service. I waited and around 7:40am I asked a representative about my appointment and was advised they do not have appointments it's a first come first serve. my entire family bought our vehicles from here and service is excellent and so is the sales person Amber Bloodworth who sold me my Jeep and sister's Jeep and Mom's vehicle.
No communication with customers with express service. They'll just leave you in limbo and after about an hour waiting they'll send a porter to tell you it'll be 4 more hours before they can give you a OIL CHANGE!!! You would think being at a better place means better service. Not at all. Was better in Conyers
