The service department is suspect. I brought in a 2015 Chrysler 200S for tire rotation and oil change. They claimed that they found "swollen" lug nuts on my vehicle and could not remove them and it would cost $165 to replace the lug nuts. I didn't consent to that service but the "swollen" lug nuts discovery was not included in the final multi inspection report on my bill. This is the worst car dealership ever. They sell defective cars and don’t want to have anything to do with you after they sell the bum car to you. The company sucks. Had the car 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus 8 months sold it because it had issues they didn’t disclose. now they giving me the run around to get my gap ins refund money. Why? I hate these people. Never buy anything from them. You will be sorry later🤬

I recently received a quote from Courtesy at Stonecrest Mall to repair a water pump on a 2014 Dodge Charger which was $325 higher than Ginn in Covington which is a Dodge dealership too. Since my car was already at their dealership I asked them to honor Ginn’s price. They refused. They charged me $158.33 to diagnose the problem since I refused to let them do the repairs. I've had a terrible purchasing experience. The vehicle I purchased had been in a accident and the damage was covered up. You guys were recommended to me. Scott Simmons told me he would have the paint touched up. This is fine that same side of the bumper was damaged and of course a dent where the chip of paint chipped off. All this damage was covered up with a brand new tag cover. I'm confused this vehicle was precertified. I only want what I paid for.

Don’t waste your time they turned me down went down the street and got approved he said I had a 505 I didn’t see it but the other dealership showed me a 599 which still need work but you couldn’t help me get in nothing tho

I was sucked into buying a car 8000 dollars over it’s real value price. They don’t care about the customer. All they care about is how much money they can take from your pockets and make you think you’re doing the right thing at the same time.
