We saw the car on line for our granddaughter . I contacted the dealer and Gailen got back to me within minutes , ready to give me what ever info that I needed . We live in NJ , she lives in PA . We made arrangements to test drive. Gailen greeted us and got us set up with our salesman ,John . He looked you in the eye when he spoke to you , was very helpful with everything involved. From test drive , to insurance and out the door sale , he was very helpful . It was a pleasure to do business with the people at this dealership .
We went in inquiring about getting a larger car for our family. We had certain expectations before purchasing and Mostafa met every need. If you are looking for a car I recommend you work with him.
My wife and I have bought 9 new vehicles from this dealer since 2003 and have always been treated with the utmost respect. Rhonda (service mgr) and Melanie (service adviser) have gone way out of their way to help me with any and all problems (which have been few) problems I have had with any of the vehicles I have bought here. Don't know "anything" about their used car section but I can recommend highly their new car sales and service.
Jennings was amazing, helped me set up a fantastic lease and made sure I got the best deal. Adel was the man!
Hare Chevrolet are a bunch of crooks, do not by a vehicle from them. We have had nothing but problems with them. Have a Tahoe for 6 months and the AC went out. Tried to get them to fix it under warranty and they will not. Worst part is that they said they would take care of it and then went back on their promise. Then charged us $112 for a rental car. I will never do business with them again, dishonest, terrible service and slimey organization.
Went to buy a chevy pickup there and i am sure I knew more about the truck than the salesman. I think he might have been a beginner because he really was clueless about the engine and transmission. It turned out to be a great truck.
Great experience, pulled in (no appt either) with nail in tire and tire losing air. Fixed and on the road in no time! Thanks Felicia & team:)
