The staff were very friendly and nice. Was offered something to drink as soon as I got in considering Arizona weather and Mr. Andy Smith explained everything I needed to change in my car, very hospitable and make sure that he points out what needs to be replaced in order to keep my car in good condition. Keep up the good work and thank you for taking care of me and my car :)
OIL CHANGE WAS ON THIS TIME, LAST ONE TOOK WAY LONGER. STAFF IS FRIENDLY RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE A HELP FOR YOUR VEHICLES.

The initial purchase of a used 2008 Colorado was a pleasant enough experience, but not the subsequent dealings. The vehicle had a couple of issues (bad battery and non-working CD player) that should have been dealt with before being sold. I suppose the brake light switch failure that happened about 3 months after purchase could have happened anytime. It was a very positive experience and peaceful in addition it was timely Tim was polite and courteous
Tracee was helping me today. she was polite and helpful. she came right up as I pulled in my car to be serviced, she gave me a beverage and showed me to a chair in the waiting room. I felt my service was outstanding. it was hot out and I was busy with a fussing baby and she got me in and out quickly with great service and cooled us down.
I brought our truck in for a routine oil change. The waiting room is the best I've ever been in!
I had a very pleasant experience. They listened to me and treated me with respect.
