After an awful expierience at another local Chevy dealer I found myself at NuCar. I was so pleased with how fast I got a response about the Cruze I was interested in. Jim Falk Motors in Clinton, MO is just the best! From the time I put in my inquiry, until I made the purchase I have nothing but good things to say. This is the place to go to if looking for a GM car. The salesmen were not pushy, and got me exactly what I wanted. I had to bring my car in because the ON-Star was not working. They made the diagnosis quickly, and had me in a loaner car with in the hour. Great service and team.
Customer Service was awesome, Tech Support was great, the support coverage for John McDaniel's during a family crisis could not be out done!
Just as every other dealer...when u get the vehicle and have problems you seem to always get the run around. Been back to Rodgers 3 time and my issue is semi fixed. Please test drive as I did and do not buy until ur issues are fix because if u do, ur stuck.
