Pre-qualified online and Came in to purchase a Chevy Sonic. Very nice and helpful staff. Painless experience.
Had oil change, tire rotation done and requested that diagnose and solve recurring Check Engine light issue.
Everyone was very friendly and service was efficient. Everything that I requested was done to my vehicle.
Overall, it was pleasant. Biggest complaint was difference in internet price vs price on lot and having to use iphone to get the price we were expecting.
The people you have treated us in a VERY classy manner! That includes everyone from tha sales people to the office help and the people in the food both.
The overall experience was wonderful from the very beginning with the test drive and then with the negotiations.
horrible experience. bought a truck, drove it out of state where I live, they said they would pay for the sales tax once I went to register it, after calling for Weeks and talking to 5 different people they sent me a check for one thousand and not three thousand like they said. bad sales rep and managers!
very courtious and helpful took care of service right away, and notified me of a recall, and took care of it immediately.
