Bought a car then after the fact tries to make us pay an additional 4,000 dollars on it. Dealer lied straight to my mother and I face on price and contract. Very unprofessional.
The sales person was professional in every way - - courteous and respectful! He was attentive, explained every detail of the sales transaction, gave me time to think about various options, and thoroughly explained the features of each of the types or models of the Malibu line I was most interested in leasing. The managers, supervisors and finance personnel I was introduced to and who assisted with the sale were also professional and helpful. NuCar Chevrolet is a great dealership with outstanding sales personnel! RJB
NU Car is my go to Dealer, it is close, clean, bright and informative. I purchased our car from them and they have beat and or charged lower prices for Chevy parts and labor. And they do not take forever to repair or complete Recalls. Thanks NuCar, New Castle, DE
This was my first new car I ever bought and the experience was a nightmare and continues to be to this day. I was promised I can’t get a car starter installed and paid just about $600 for one. I brought the car in a few days later and some some reason it wasn’t working. After 3 weeks of being jerked around and PROMISED they would make my 1st car payment (which thy have not) I was told is a Chevy error and can’t help (nor will thy take the starter out and refund my money) I since then filed a complaint with GM and am waiting ... read more

My sales consultant was Michael Fagan he answered every question and gave me the best customer service I have ever had. Great dealership, Great customer service I would recommend Michael to anybody looking for a vehicle.

Waited over 10 mins for sales person to even come out to help us. He had to check online for every price. Wasn't helpful. Lots of cars had lots of scratches, which when asked if they would buff out, he said probably won't get them out. Wouldn't get carfax. One car even had cracked front lens cover on the inside of lens, wouldn't replace, just said may cost couple hundred each to replace. Seemed every car tires were well worn even though 2016.
