Worst dealer ever bought from. They don't back their products, they use the word "check instead of fix so they don't have to FIX anything". I wouldnt recommend this dealer at all to anyone.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THEIR CARE! My truck was burglarized while left in their care overnight. This is on Tuesday. I file a police report and allow them to fix the truck since it was already in their care. After not hearing from them all weekend, I call repeatedly Monday morning to check on my truck to no avail, supposedly their internet and phones were down. My Silverado has a vibration at acceleration that is not normal. After riding with service manager I got the response I expected. He said they all drive like that. I am retiring from GM and I can tell you that my next vehicle purchase will be a Ford truck. My brother-in-law has the same exact truck as mine except it is a Ford F150. I even think his 6-speed trans is shared with GM. His truck does not "drive like that".
Took the 17 Cruze in for an oil change and had a couple things looked at. 1. Door squeek 2. Banging sound under the hood when at low speed They had the oil changed,squeak fixed, and the broken part located and replacement ordered in a respectable amount of time. Especially since I didn't let them know about the other stuff until I arrived. Now waiting in the part to arrive.
I am very upset with Karl Chevrolet and will be sharing my experience with family/friends and recommending that NO ONE take their car to Karl Chevrolet for service. I have a 2010 Equinox that was purchased from Karl Chevrolet less than 3 years ago. I have put 24k miles on the vehicle during this time. The transmission has been slipping, Karl Chevrolet told me they "started tearing it apart" and discovered an "internal transmission issue" which would result in repair/replacing the transmission at a cost of 5-6k.
