When I called to get my oil changed this time, Tim ensured that my time frames were taken into account and made every effort to complete the work in that perimeter. Erik was super helpful and made sure I was very aware of exactly what was happening with my car every step of the way. I had purchased the car two days before I brought it in and I thought it was still under warranty because of the mileage but apparently the warranty had lapsed the 36 months...the day before I brought it in.
