I dreaded car shopping for many reasons that we all share. After visiting other dealerships I visited Carl Black Chevrolet. Kiante Young was my Sales Consultant and I met the General Manager Gary Harms, between both of them my buying experience was actually pleasant. Not to mention my beautiful Traverse which had all the options I wanted without having to bring one in from another dealership. Very good experience. Highly recommend
The salesperson Anthony Au was polite, cordial, and informative about the vehicle we purchased. The same cannot be said about the Manager James Clark - This manager did not follow GMs own policy for my trade in. According to the GM website when I built my new Chevrolet, the fair trade-in price that was according to Kelley Blue Book was $4000 to $5000. This manager was deceptive and would only give less than half the GM websites quoted price. He offered me only $2000 for my trade-in. This was very disrespectful, and insulting... read more
Based on a simple maintenance repair the staff was very easy to work with. They respected my time on getting me in and out quickly. The service advisor brought to my attention what future needs that I will be facing and let me know the order of importance.

This is the most Vintage Chevrolet Dealership I have ever seen, it is an icon of the original Chevrolet stores. I am not sure how old it is but it is worth a visit. The managers Cody & Ethan have been so helpful. If you are near Wichita Falls TX or Sheppard Air Force Base check it out!
Mike & Lorie have been great to work with, Lipscomb Auto Center is actually a few miles north of Bowie on the west side of Hwy 287, it is a huge place you cannot miss it. What is nice about this location is that you can compare Chevrolet Buick & GMC on the same lot because they carry all three brands.
Have bought 3 cars from Debbie Ress in last 3 years. She stays with us every step of the way looking to fill our requests. Persistent but not pushy. Does not over-state the facts and gives us the proper/true information. Debbie calls me several times during the year to see where my interests are for a new car. She also calls when there is a special opportunity available and treats me as a long-term friend/customer.
