Everyone was extremely courteous as the name implies. Hats off to our sales associate, Russ and Lucy in finance, Benny in parts, Jessica for explaining the incredible mylink system with nav, and Mike the sales mgr for single handedly saving the sale when a misunderstanding on the nav system came up, he found another vehicle equipped the way we wanted in Tucson and got it here the same day. We will be back in the future because of him and our sales associate Jim.

Returned leased 2012 Chevy Volt (processed in by Dana Batchan). Tested and evaluated 2015 Chevy Impala 2LT and came to terms on new 39-month lease (handled entirely by Dana Batchan). Dana was exceptionally well-versed on vehicle's features and comparisons to other models in the Impala line. Called in advance to state what I was looking for and Dana had already selected the vehicle from stock. Dana did a very fine job throughout the process.
the staff was great! We were very apprehensive after a terrible car buying experience in 2008 at another dealership. Nate was wonderful and made sure he was meeting our expectations. He truly made it a great experience!
They were very attentive since I started to see the cars until it closed the contract. Very nice service.

I found the practice of "throwing out numbers to see how serious she was" to be very misleading. If you don't have any intention of selling a car for a certain price, don't even mention it. Because I WILL remember what you said. Other than that, Dusty was very courteous, low pressure, etc. And I will never understand why it takes over 4 hours to pay cash for a vehicle.
I can say it was outstanding very very good Denise was very good. I also have a king ranch expedition 2014. Very good service, they got me out of a Chevrolet 2 times.
