I've bought two cars from the Sam Swope auto group, I will not be buying my third from the new auto group that took over. You guys need to get on the same page. After inquiring online about a vehicle and receiving two phone calls the next day, I speak to someone over the phone telling them I am on my way to look at the vehicle as we speak and am told to ask for a certain sales person. I live in Fayette County and we have a Cadillac dealership here. After trying to deal with them on buying a new SRX, I decided to make the short drive to Louisville to Sam Swope Cadillac. Wow, I never knew there could be such a difference in dealerships selling the same make and model car. The price was much better in Louisville and the salesman was so nice and no pressure to buy.
