I bought a 2015 Cadillac from Sam Swope now that it is no longer Sam Swope, Courtesy Cadillac is not honoring my VERY VERY EXPENSIVE PLATINUM EXTENDED WARRANTY! I just had to replace a purge valve on this car and the cost of the valve is $121.00... but when I pick the vehicle up I’m being charged a $100.00 dollar deductible. So for my almost $5000.00 dollar extended warranty I’m paying a $100.00 dollar deductible every time I use it. First off let me say im not one to complain. But a few weeks ago, I drove 3 1/2 hours to buy a vehicle from Courtesy Cadillac and have several issues that still have not been resolved (to be fair, some have not even been discussed because Im having a hard enough time getting another paperwork problem fixed). My experience has been one of deception involving a car that had a hidden oil leak. I discovered it day two of ownership. The service department stated that the sales department was informed of the leak. The sales and leasing professional’s response was “you bought it as is”. To knowingly sell a car and not mention an oil leak is beneath such a quality dealership, so I thought.
Great place to work and purchase a vehicle from! Great assortment of used vehicles as well.
The staff in the service department was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership I have been a part of in my almost 25 years of owning a car and having them serviced anywhere.
