BUYER BEWARE!! Terrible experience! Can't transfer the title of the Cadillac we purchased because dealership owes taxes on the vehicle! Finance person Eric has lied to us numerous times about the tax problem. We had no idea back taxes were owed on the vehicle. Contacting the Attorney General about this dealership and their business practices. You don't know they have tax problems until you go to transfer the title, which is about 30 days later! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Ed Silver was the easiest salesperson I have ever dealt with, all the staff at your dealership are as the last reviewer stated creators of the most painless buying experience EVER. and ED is the best. Love my new car, happy to drive the 150 miles to get this kind of treatment again. pleasantly surprised. best wishes and with people like Ed you should be in business a very long time.
