Do not buy a car from here. They will not fight for their consumers when all is aware of a very real issue/recall. Last 2 decades, GM has received my business and Sam Swope took care of his customers. No more!! GM nor this place will ever get my business again.

Well once again I'm dealing with this used car I purchased from them. Less than 2 years ago it has had numerous things wrong with it including the whole engine needing to be replaced 6 months after purchasing it. I just took it to them because the battery was dead and we couldn't get it to jump. They charged me $200 to put a new battery in it and then told me they were going to charge me $145 for the diagnostics, well the diagnostic was to tell me my battery was dead! I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox a few weeks ago. Felt like I got a good deal on it. I had a service prompt come up and took it in for service. Tigre was awesome!! She put me into a Cadillac SR5 for a loaner. They corrected the issue over night. The Service was awesome!!

Just bought a 2018 XT5 from Courtesy. This is the 2nd Car I have bought from them this year. Frank Ready was an excellent salesman in both instances. He was not pushy and appeared to "know" the cars very well. I had a good experience in both instances. I have also been treated well by the service department.

After just over one year, the touch screen on my ATS is on the fritz. Courtesy Cadillac ordered a replacement on Friday 10/26, and told me that I'd need to come back the following week for installation. I called them a week later to find out that the screen was in, but no one was available to schedule an appointment, so a message was given to those who could. It's now Thursday night (full five business days later), and I have not heard from them.
