I called countless places because i need to have a last minute appraisal done and county appraisals inc were the only ones out at least a dozen i called that actually came out the same day 2 hrs later and did my appraisal and got me the report in 2 days. Joan is the appraiser that took care of doing my property and she was great and very knowledgeable. i would highly recommend these guys. and they don't cost anymore than the next guys price.
