Nina and Dr. McCune are wonderful.
As always Nina was friendly, professional, gentle and informative. She explains each step of the way what she is doing and then does so with a gentle touch. Today was a cleaning and check up. For someone who gets nervous at the dentist she puts me at ease.
I received a mailer from Creekside Dental offering an oral exam plus xrays for free (an offer I could not refuse). I was looking for a new dentist that was closer to my home. The staff and Dr. McCune were very friendly and helpful. They provided the services as promised and I also had them do a cleaning. Dr. McCune also performed an examination. I have made a followup appointment in July for another cleaning and exam. I would recommend Creekside dental if you are looking for new dental work.
Broke a tooth over the holidays and Dr.McCune was able to get me in, fix and no pain. The front office was able to clearly explain my insurance benefits and what was covered. No question, this is The Office to go to!
First of all Dr. McCune has the gentlest manner. I had a tooth pulled and it was painless..I know lots of novacaine helps..but ultimately it is his skills..Also, the best office staff...

i enjoyed this visit as they werent trying to fix things that werent broken and not trying to sell me every dental service under the sun. that is hard to find a dentist now a days!
We have lived over 12 years in Palatine, and went through 2-3 different dentists before landing on Creekside Dental. Everything from facility to professionals to receptionists is top notch. They are always running on time, and they always go the extra mile to ensure a great visit. The dentists themselves have the perfect mix of seriousness and humor (they put the little kids at ease) and the hygienists are all solid.
