We have stayed here 4 times now always great--pool and hot tub are awesome--breakfast is really great also--and there is soup and Cookies ready for guests from like 4-7-- will stay here again
Great hotel and front desk service. Loved the chili and cookies for afternoon snack left for the guests in the lobby. Bed was super comfortable!

They have treated us very well, since we started staying here during my Mayo appointments and surgeries. The staff is always nice and my husband loves the breakfast they provide.

They charged us for an extra night even though they said we could cancel if we got in to Ronald Mcdonald House and called them by 6 pm but they didn't keep there word so we did not go back there the next time we had to go Mayo Clinic.
The staff was very friendly & the place clean. However, the manager was extremely rude & I left there very disappointed. We were on a wait list to stay at the Ronald McDonald House as my son was at Mayo. The desk clerk knew my situation & told me to call as soon as the House had room for us. We called as soon as we got word. The manager said I called 15 MINUTES too late & was charging me for another night. I was never given a deadline to notify them. When looking back at your reservation I do show you checked out with us at 3:30 that day and were charged for a full night.
