RecommendedI would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! All the front desk staff (Kay, Lori, Jennifer, La’Mika...did I forget anyone?) are top notch as are the breakfast staff (Gina, Beth, Marta) and kudos to Crystal too for being such a great housekeeper!

I cannot say enough good thing about this place. From the time we walked in they were so helpful in the medical things we needed for our room and when i forgot my key in the room!!! the staff were amazing!I We had a beautiful room and really worked well for a wheelchair. The ability to have food delivered was a plus!! THank you Waiter Express!!! Would certainly stay here on our next trip to Rochester!!!
Very clean and the the front desk people are great. The pool and the hot tub was a plus to the stay thank you for your hospitality well done

This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! The woman at the front desk on the 21st and 22nd was absolutely wonderful to my mom and I. She went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. Truly a wonderful experience especially when we were there because of appointments at Mayo! If I have to go back to Rochester this will 100% be the hotel we stay at! Thank you for all of your hospitality and genuine care. It meant a great deal to us both.

It's very nice. Close to shopping and food!! Great staff!! The room is very nice!! Breakfast is So nice! Cookies are out all day everyday!! Warm soup in the lobby each night. It's a great place for home away from home!!

Great and friendly staff. Love the rooms. Stayed there 2 times in the last couple of months. Will be back. It is our place to stay when we visit family in Manterville.
Like it, BUT, moved the phone for better visibility and there was a ton of dust behind the bedside table and on the electrical plug. We will return.
Very friendly and inviting....staff is great...rooms are great....this time we did not get a suite, next time we will, definitely worth the ten dollar difference...
