RecommendedTHE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I EVER SLEPT IN! Really needed a good night sleep after driving all day to get here from Central Illinois. My husband has stage 4 C word… we have appointments at Mayo this week. It sure helps having a smoke free room that is so comfortable & clean. Thank you so much Comfort Suites God bless you all! I have always stayed at this hotel when in Rochester. I haven’t stayed anywhere else in years. Tonight when I checked in I was told I couldn’t get a room upgrade because corporate didn’t put it in their notes on my reservation. I explained that I had never obtained a room upgrade this way. I’ve had to take multiple trips to the Mayo Clinic and this is the first hotel I stayed at that I felt extremely comfortable. I don’t have to worry about anything going wrong. Every morning has a fantastic layout for breakfast, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff leaves friendly notes after they clean. Today they even offered complimentary chili that was delicious! My husband and I will have to come back to this location once I have my follow-up appointment!
Daily Soup,Daily cookies, Fresh lemon water.very cozy,very nice people, nice rooms,And so much more! No complaints what so ever! A very nice and respectful place to stay!
This is the second time we have stayed here and the staff are great and room is clean and spacious.
Close to the Mayo Clinic and they have a shuttle service to and from there.
