Nice place, great people. Nice beds and the shuttle is really nice
We typically stay on one at France Avenue (5 star), but this one was horrible! Our check in was at 3pm and at 5:30pm our room still wasn't clean. Their response was that it was our fault because we did our booking online. They "quickly" cleaned our room, aka didn't vacuum, clean the counter tops in the main room or bathroom, and we're talking about us as they walked out of our room not knowing we were standing outside of it. Really bad experience with the front desk reception girl (Nicole), She was so rude and when I asked to talk to the driver she said his busy. He was right there going in the back of the office. Room was duty, housekeeping left my room open and didn't made the bed. No tissue roll in the bathroom. Hair everywhere in the bathroom and in the towels even in the bed.
Terrible icky hotel lamps don't work in room pillows r flat asked for more they said no bathroom floor is broke
Breakfast was good...... Room was clean... A couple of the vending machines didn't work. Nice stay for a wedding!
