It's very clean,great breakfast setup,comfortable beds and pillows ,great. Cable channels,I'll be more the happy to visit again.

We were not informed that we could not park on site when we booked the park, sleep, and fly package. You have to follow the shuttle to an offsite location to park your vehicle; meaning we could not go out to eat or use our vehicle after checking in. The shuttle to the airport was only every hour depending on which terminal you were going to, we had to leave at 3:30am for our 7am flight. The shuttle never arrived to pick us up when we landed! Will not stay here again.
Overall a good experience, clean room, comfy bed, good customer service, courteous drivers for the Park and Fly and decent hot breakfast!
My room was clean. Food was ok with exception to the old fruit that looked like it was not fresh and borderline rotten.. shuttle service horrible. Customer service.. ahhh. Couldn't bring me clean towels, when i asked. didn't clean the room, or refill towels, while I was gone. Only one Ice machine on 1st floor.
The good: clean , courteous front desk, lots of breakfast items. The bad: employees parking under canopy so guests can't, 2 mornings with empty coffee carafes and the day was just starting, low water pressure in shower, breakfast area too small for amount of guests, 1 ice machine on first floor of a 4-story bldg.
