Excelente i like country inn suites by carls verry impresibe i love to stay there
Ok hotel if you don't need to use the shuttle and you don't mind someone elses hair in the bathroom. Will never stay there again, or at another Carlson Hotel after dealing with them regarding our issues with the shuttle not showing up for 50 minutes due to the front desk forgetting to send it (finally sent it after my third call). Terrible customer service all around!
Disappointing...nothing but trouble with the shuttles. Could not accommodate our group of 8 to get us to the airport by 4 am. Did not arrive on time to pick us up either. There was a group already waiting for this shuttle for an hour so we chose to take a cabs back costing us an extra 60 bucks in cab fares. be warned
Here for 3 days. The staff is all very nice and helpful. The whole place is clean and very nice. I love c staying here when I am in town for work.
The staff were fabulous! The rooms were huge and clean! The price was worth it! Basically parking was free.
