Booked a room online like I have for years for the park and ride and when I arrived there was no service available. According the Rubic and the front desk the policy has change and he was sorry there was nothing he could do. He claims there needs to be enough parking for guests when there were 3 semi’s taking up 7 spots but there was nothing he could do? Whatever!! Poor poor customer service!! Very clean, comfortable bed, good service. Convenient to MSP.
I absolutely highly recommend this hotel. The front desk man which I hope I got his name right Aba was phenomenal. He helped us save so much money on alternative rides from our port and was so friendly. He helped with so much information. I can't speak for all of the staff but it was such a stress relief to get his advice. We need more people like him in this world. He hotel was clean and the price is so worth it especially to park your vehicle for 6 days. Awesome service!
