This was the 2nd time there and they were wonderful. I had to come in late to check-in and they were very accommodating. The Breakfast they served was good. It I needed something they were always willing to make sure I was happy.
Amazing staff! The rooms were clean and cozy! Very kid friendly! We will definitely be returning.
Great people to talk too, always had fresh cookies, service desks worker are extremely nice. Pool is a little small but still relaxing.
Very pleased with the quality of the stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. We had to be up early due to dance competitions and even though breakfast didn't technically start untill 7 they had breakfast ready for us at 6:30! Thanks for the great stay!

Our pop burst in our fridge causing a mess. Leslie was so helpful although she told me that the house cleaning and maintenance wasn't there until the next morning. Leslie went above and beyond!!
This hotel is the best. If you want great service come stay here. Good location to all of the fun attractions:mystic lake casino, Canterbury park, next years Ryder cup golf tournament at Hazelton(make your reservations now, it's about 5 miles away), valley fair, hosting 2018 super bowl, 2019 fina fourl, mall of America, Shakopee trading post with native American artifacts, Billy's sports treasures in Savage (doing a signing August 22nd with timberwolves guard, Tyus Jones), Minnesota zoo, renaissance festival and much more.
