Be careful, they will bag and throw your stuff out in THEIR error not realizing you booked for the weekend, not a night! Be best to go somewhere else.

First room we checked into had soap scum all over the tub. Second room had hair all over bathroom floor, not vacuumed carpet, and not dusty. We took a washcloth to wipe down surfaces and it was gross afterwards. Looks like they only changed sheets and towels and that’s it.

Gross dirty rooms! We even asked to change rooms and the 2nd one is worse then the 1st. Floors not vacuumed, room not dusted, hair in the bathroom. Window doesn't lock. Found a hair net on the night stand. I used a wash cloth to wipe down the surfaces and it came up dirty. Very very disappointed. It's also time to invest in new mattresses and I'm glad I brought my own pillows.

Room 215. Dirty, toilet dirty, pealing paint, a pile of hair in the bed. Room 216. Carpet stains, windows stuck open, shower did not drain and no hot water. Yuk, not again.

This hotel was disgusting and kept getting worse throughout the course of our trip. We started by checking in after a 5 hour drive. We hauled our bags to the room and there was a maintenance guy in the room when we got there. He told us the whirlpool was broken. The lady at the front desk spent 15 mins on the phone while we sat there with all of our bags waiting to get into the room. She ultimately got us into a different room. Great. STAY AWAY! this place is terrible. room looked nothing like what was advertised. the GM Saaed is extremely rude as well as his assistant manager Kim Stone. they didn't help resolve any issues whether it was a simple request for fresh sheets or the fact that the bathroom door would not lock. the only helpful employee was a gentleman named Richard. do NOT book here if you want a comfortable stay.

Even though the staff was friendly and helpful, the room wasn't exactly clean. The TV needed to be reprogrammed upon our arrival because the channel wouldn't change. There was a nasty goldfish cracker (it had turned green) on the floor in a spot that a vacuum could easily reach. The filters on the air conditioning/heating unit were DISGUSTING to say the least!!
