Rooms very clean, excellent breakfast, fun pool area. Water temp. perfect. Staff very pleasant and gave excellent recommendations when we asked.
Wonderful stay! We appreciate a hotel that can accommodate our family of 6 and can tolerate a little kid noise. The pool area was perfect. Breakfast service was unexpected and fantastic.
I always enjoy my stay in Galena at your hotel. My granddaughter had so much fun in the pool. The breakfast is always great. The employees are so friendly.

Came for a one night stay. Had a little trouble starting off cause our key cards weren't working. The pool was loud, rowdy, and no one was paying any attention to their kids. Pool rules were non-existent and the whirlpool was not working. Went and showered afterwards and their was still a steam masterpiece on the mirror from the previous guest. Kind of makes me question how clean the room really was. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs though.
We really enjoyed our visit! The pool is perfect & very clean. All staff was very friendly. The only improvement needed is an upgrade in pillows.
Great service at check in. Desk clerk was very hospitable and informative. Grand daughter loved the pool and the workout room was clean. Was on front side and could hear people and cars in park in area. As most places, pillows weren't the greatest. Super breakfast was offered. Will definitely stay there again for our next trip to Galena.
It is a very nice place to stay. The staff was great also.
