Called during the week about taking a group of kids swimming. We were told we would have to rent a room and were quoted $80. When we called today to make reservation for room we were told we would have to wait because there may or may not be a birthday party that would pay more. We were told we’d get a call back and we never did. Recommendedwe had a great time staying here we decided to stay another night so the kids could keep having fun playing in the pool and arcade.
Is very clean, the service , the breakfast and employees very friendly, Emma Jane Mayer the manager she makes you feel at home.
The manager Dans Brown is rude and nasty! The operator Sam also just as nasty!

We’ve been here a few times and normally a quite stay , first time on the first floor , never again someone’s young kids running around for over 3 hours in the evening , than again early morning, guess they’re parents don’t believe in discipline , I didn’t complain noise stopped by 9pm .

We had a wonderful experience at Country Inn, Dana I believe is the general manager she made our stay absolutely amazing! We will never forget our wonderful trip to galena! Amazing customer service!
