My wife and I spent a few days at this awesome hotel and were very pleased all around....Customer service was wonderful and the only issue we had was the exhaust fan damper in are bathroom was making a thumping sound when the fan was off,but they quickly found us another room and were apologetic for the inconvenience. We we're at the hotel for 2 nights. Loved it!! Very clean. . The staff was excellent. The breakfast they provide was really great for a hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
We stayed one night and had an excellent time. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. They offer a continental breakfast with many, many choices. No complaints. Will definitely book with them again on ourbn XX girls trip to Galena.
We just stayed two nights at the hotel. Loved it!! So clean and accommodating. The staff gave excellent service. The breakfast they provide was one of the best we have had at a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good place to stay, clean.
It Is a wonderful place to stay. Our family enjoyed the very nice staff and the wonderful pools and slides. It’s perfect for kids of a young age. It’s also perfect for adults to enjoy and relax in the hot tub.
This was a work trip and I stayed in Galena because of the area I had to visit the next day. It was an awesome place. Clean and staff was extremely nice. Pool and hot tub was great. I didn't smell like a bleach bottle when I was done. I believe they use salt water! Breakfast was very good and there was a woman that was so sweet and cleaned up after everyone. I would for sure stay here again just to enjoy the Galena area. Like I said it was just an overnight for work so I didn't get to Rome the town like I will next time.
