We were told the pool slide is only on from 5-9 on weekends , so we checked in at 5 and were going to grab dinner at outback next door . At check in we were told we could only swim in 2 hour increments because of COVID-19 rules. It would have been nice to be told at booking, that did not happen and they didn’t tell other guests either . One of the workers had to supervise capacity which was ridiculous because he walked around checking on the 5 adults at the tables watching their kids swim. Huge kudos to the night clerk for saving the day (and boo to the worst cab company ever!). Called the evening of August 1st, 2020, and reserved a Yellow Door cab for a 4 a.m. trip from the Country Inn & Suites to the airport. At 4 a.m. the next morning the cab never showed up. The night clerk and I both called for the next half an hour but neither Yellow Door nor any other cab company answered. Finally the night clerk gave us a ride to the airport in his vehicle! Best customer service ever!
The first room we were checked in to was not clean, so we had to request another room, which was accommodated easily. However, the new room was clearly smaller than the first and included less furniture. I asked about a rate reduction at the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything for me. I emailed the manager yesterday and still haven't heard anything from them. The website says the slide is open every day, but this is not true as it was open only one night of our two night stay. We stayed here during a 2 day soccer tournament. Staff was attentive, friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed, which is always nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All around was a great stay.

Stayed here in August for school shopping. Place was great! Check in was good, rooms were quiet, pool with slide was fun. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at ANY place I've ever stayed! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
we had a very Nice stay Last Thurs . alittle pricey but I can see it was well worth it .. Beautiful designated Dog walking area with a Huge Raspberry patch next to Yum .. Marlo felt comfortable there and there was bags after he Did his business.. Great contental breakfast.. My husband Loved the huge Slide in the pool that was a fun surprise.. the fire outside was beautiful and we ate breakfast all alone out there .. I want to go back !! Marlo got compliments on handsome he is from the front desk !!😊
