Absolutely piss poor communication. We evacuated and were told we could have our pets. The following morning we got kicked out.

RecommendedThis hotel was absolutely amazing. I was visiting Athens with two friends and they gave us a great, spacious room to share. Two comfortable clean beds and a surprisingly comfortable pull out couch (I slept on it and I slept great) The hotel is beautifully attired, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the delicious fresh cookies served in the afternoons and pool was great. The hotel is very close to downtown Athens. I highly recommend!

This is the nicest country inn and suites ever! Fast and friendly check in with a variety of warm cookies available at the counter. Hotel is in a great location with plenty of food options within walking distance. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Weight room was exceptionally large. Plenty of parking for larger vehicles. Hate to give such a poor rating. Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is great. Breakfast is a nice treat. Close and convenient to all activities. Stayed there for graduation weekend. Normal rates $97 but they upcharge for a special occasion. Paid a premium for 2 nights in 2 rooms. Right next to each other but paid $20 more per night for the second room because I booked on a different day. I am a Radisson member but will no longer be staying at their hotels. I should have been charged the same rate for the same 2 rooms.
Overall its a nice Hotel. 24 hr coffee, cookies, and candy is a myth. Checked in at 4pm and 5 hours later still none have been put out. Rooms are rather small and cramped.
Lots to do at night in Athens, GA and this hotel is close enough to it all to make you feel like you're right there. Checking in and out was a breeze, the room was large and clean and (this is not a joke) smelled like the best hotel room I've ever smelled. Athens is a great place to perform and hotels like this are a big reason why.
What a great stay. Had coffee in the lobby 24/7 which is a definite plus. The staff was friendly with recommendations on things to see and meals to eat within walking distance. Had a wonderful lobby--it looked like the Senior Prom! Though the room was very comfortable and I slept like a baby my fondest memories of this hotel are lounging in the lobby and reading a book. I was only interrupted by a staff member who happened to be a fan of the same author.
Really enjoyed my stay here. It's got it's own parking lot and a lovely large quiet lobby. The rooms were big and clean, and the staff was welcoming. If I'm ever back in Athens this is where I'm gonna stay.
