Room was clean, and the customer service was exceptional. No complaints.
We always get the honeymoon suite with the whirlpool and its always amazing. Staff is super helpful &friendly.
It was mine and my husband first time there for our honeymoon it amazing the staff was great we had a great time thank u for having us there :) :)

my wife n i, enjoy our stay every time.. our wedding anniversary was July 19th, we tried to book a room a month in advance, for the weekend of the 15th, but they were all booked. but thx to CATHERINE HERNANDEZ-WINSTON, ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER, she was able to get us a room, at the last minute when there was a cancellation. she took my number and email address, and called me right away, when the cancellation came thru... thank you so much CATHERINE, and to all the staff there, made our anniversary very delightful!! this hot... read more
