Worse hotel service!!!!! I made a reservation online with snap travel, when I got there to check in there was no staff to check in we waited 30 min. Once staff finally arrives they tell me they canceled my reservation because rate was too low. I never heard such a thing. They gave me a room at their rate & of course was higher. Next day I see my original reservation was never canceled as I got charged through snap travel then the hotel charged me, took me 2 hours to get my refund and the front desk staff was rude even though... read more
Our room was infested with bed bugs. Did not notice it night one but woke up after night two and discovered numerous bugs crawling on and around me. Did a quick google search and saw they were bed bugs! Of course I immediately called the front desk. Their solution was to put me in the room across the hall. Nope, no thank you. All I could think about was the fact that I could carry these things back to my house. Just stayed here, was quiet, and nice room.
I will definitely come back.... this place is clean and I feel safe here... great location. The Ontario Mills Mall is across the street, lots of restaurants that you could WALK to so no drinking and driving.... Perfect
10/9/19 My mother & sister & myself stayed here for 1 night. Its nice very clean. The staff very nice. What can I say about breakfast very good. If you have your family with you or your alone. I recomend this inn to anyone. I know I'll be back.🙂👍👍👍
Just arrived lots of free parking, good sized mall nearby, but so far they are doing a good job.
we booked the room with a jacuzzi which I enjoyed immensely. Room was quier and the bed comfortabla soft mattress.
